Salesforce Developer Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team at NexionPro Services. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders: Gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce projects, ensuring seamless integration with our business processes.
  2. Design and develop custom solutions: Utilize Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies to create tailored solutions that meet our business objectives.
  3. Configure and customize Salesforce applications: Implement and configure Salesforce applications to support our business workflows and processes.
  4. Integrate with other systems: Leverage REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools to integrate Salesforce with other systems.
  5. Implement security and data integrity controls: Ensure the security and integrity of our Salesforce data by implementing and maintaining controls.
  6. Provide technical support: Offer technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications and integrations.
  7. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates: Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions on time and within budget.
  9. Document technical specifications: Document technical specifications, processes, and workflows to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

  • Strong Apex programming and coding skills.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security, including Roles, Profiles, OWD, and Custom Security.
  • Experience with SF out-of-the-box features, such as Flows, Approval Process, and Case management.
  • Hands-on experience with REST webservices and outbound integration.
  • Knowledge of Lightning Web Components basics.
  • Experience with Deployment and Release process, as well as Source and version control tools like Git.
