We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join our team in India. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and optimizing our Salesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of our organization.


As a Salesforce Developer, your primary responsibilities will include writing and maintaining Apex code, creating Visualforce pages, developing Lightning components, and integrating third-party applications.


You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions that align with our business goals and processes.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Developing custom applications and solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Designing and implementing scalable and maintainable code solutions for complex business requirements.
  • Integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Customizing Salesforce workflows, validation rules, and process automation to optimize business processes.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Performing regular code reviews, optimization, and refactoring to maintain high-quality code standards.
  • Ensuring data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment.
  • Maintaining and enhancing Salesforce applications by implementing new features and updates.
  • Staying current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to continuously improve the platform.

Requirements include:



  • Strong Salesforce development skills with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning development.
  • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I (Platform Developer II certification is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce integration techniques, including REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security.
  • Ability to design and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with version control tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development.
  • Demonstrates continued personal/professional development and active involvement in the Salesforce community.
  • Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
