Job Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Salesforce Technical Lead in Gurugram. The successful candidate will design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, leading technical discussions and ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce implementations.

  • Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
  • Lead technical discussions and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce implementations
  • Handle Salesforce configurations, develop custom applications, integrate third-party systems, and provide technical leadership to a team of developers
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Key Qualifications:
  • Over 6 Years of Experience in Salesforce
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configurations and customizations
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Components
  • Proficiency in integration patterns and best practices
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model
  • Project management and team leadership skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II) are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
