Job Opportunity

The role of Senior Building Management Systems and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineer involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution and handover. Key responsibilities include managing the integration of building management systems (BMS), mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services, as well as central chiller plants for large-scale infrastructure projects.

A successful candidate will have expertise in HVAC systems, chilled water plants, pumps, air handling units, fan coil units, valves, and utility systems. They will also have hands-on experience with BMS integration using BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks protocols. Additionally, they must have a strong track record of project execution in data centers, hospitals, airports, and large commercial buildings.

Mandatory skills and qualifications include:

  • Technical Expertise
  • Strong knowledge of energy efficiency standards and green building codes (LEED/IGBC)
  • Familiarity with electrical panels, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), distributed control systems (DCS), variable frequency drives (VFDs), uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), diesel generators (DG), and power monitoring systems
  • Hands-on experience in IBMS integration using BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks protocols
  • Project execution experience in Data Centers / Hospitals / Airports / Large Commercial Buildings
