Lead Analytics Specialist

Your responsibilities include delivering projects and leading internal customer expectations across multi-channel marketing analytics, portfolio analysis, targeting, and segmentation. You will build and deliver customer requirements as per agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and drive excellent customer satisfaction.

  • Deliver sophisticated analytical and statistical solutions for various projects related to promotion evaluation, multi-channel campaign design, return on investment analysis, resource allocation, segmentation, targeting, and other business questions.
  • Support exploratory research to identify new areas of application of advanced analytics/data science in providing improved decision-making support.
  • Develop structured project management approaches with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services.
  • Automate project codes and develop front-end delivery solutions.
  • Support team leaders in recruitment and onboarding of new associates within the organization.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Deriving impactful strategies by defining clear category objectives, working with analytical data, business partners, and market expertise.
  • Aligning strategies to measurable targets and clearly conveying them to the organization.
  • Having strong quantitative and systems backgrounds, with analytical thinking, problem-solving approach, and good ability to understand new data sources in a short timeframe.
  • Good understanding of the pharmaceutical domain and data, with strong partner leadership skills and ability to work with multiple partners.
  • Having worked in an international/global company with exposure to cross-cultural environments, strong proactive business results-focus, and proven track record to provide insights that increase efficiency.

You'll have hands-on experience with classification techniques, clustering, design of experiments, Monte Carlo simulations, statistical inference, feature engineering, time series forecasting, and solid understanding of MS-Office applications.

Desirable Requirements:

  • University/advanced degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science, bioinformatics, or operations research.
  • At least 6+ years of hands-on experience in analytics in marketing analytics and experience in the pharma industry.
