About This RoleAs a Compliance Officer, you are responsible for assessing the adherence to regulatory guidelines and policies within our client's call center operations.

  • You will be required to monitor transactions and evaluate agents' performance in relation to customer service, product knowledge, and overall compliance with company procedures.
  • Your key objective is to identify and address any potential compliance risks, ensuring seamless delivery of services while maintaining high standards of integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Investigate and address any compliance-related issues or discrepancies
  • Evaluate and develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential compliance threats
  • Communicate compliance policies and procedures to relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective compliance measures

Requirements:

  • A post-secondary degree in Business Administration or equivalent field
  • Experience in compliance auditing or similar roles (preferably in debt collections)
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
