This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team, where you will be responsible for adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and meeting assigned goals. You will follow the SOP, feedback, and guidance provided to ensure incoming requests are fulfilled with optimal productivity, assured quality, and within set Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

As a key member of our team, you will support various projects and collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on multiple processes will make you an invaluable asset to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fulfill incoming requests following set Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Maintain defined quality standards.
  • Provide ideas and collaborate across internal teams and stakeholders for process improvement projects.
Basic Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in data-driven business operations processes
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication skills in written and oral English
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience with Excel
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations
  • Experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies
