Strategic Finance Leader

Job Summary:

The Strategic Finance Leader will be responsible for leading the overall financial management of an organization, including strategic planning, financial reporting, compliance, risk management, and investor relations. This position requires a visionary leader with strong business acumen, excellent leadership skills, and deep expertise in corporate finance.

The role involves working closely with the executive leadership team to ensure sound financial planning, resource allocation, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
  • Oversee tax planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Provide financial insights to support M&A, partnerships, and investment decisions.

Requirements:

  • CA / CPA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent advanced financial qualification.
  • 12–15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in corporate finance, international accounting, and strategic financial planning.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, taxation, compliance, and risk management.
