As a highly skilled Senior Engineer, you will drive the technical delivery of our innovative BioGreen systems across India and beyond.

This is a key role in our growth strategy, offering full lifecycle responsibility from co-development to long-term operations & maintenance.

You will work closely with our HQ and lead the engineering and design of water purification systems, ensuring compliance with local conditions and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the engineering and design of water purification systems
  • Develop detailed system plans and layouts with input from HQ
  • Oversee procurement, supplier engagement, and assembly partner coordination
  • Supervise installation, commissioning, and technical handover of systems
  • Take ownership of operations and maintenance strategies
  • Collaborate across disciplines to integrate field learnings and improve system performance
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering, designing, and delivering water or process systems at scale
  • Strong background in process engineering, hydraulics, filtration, pumps, and automation
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, model, and optimize complex water treatment processes
  • Experience in managing technical suppliers, fabrication partners, and field installation teams
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent project planning, documentation, and execution skills
