Software Engineer - Backend | Build the Future of Insurance Tech

We're redefining the insurance industry with cutting-edge technology.

This is an opportunity to work on building scalable systems from scratch, across the entire tech stack, and be part of a rapidly evolving sector. You'll have end-to-end ownership of product features and experiences for scale, collaborating with an exceptional leadership team with deep expertise in tech and insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop world-class insurance tech solutions from the ground up.
  • Own features end-to-end – from API design to deployment, ensuring performance and scalability.
  • Shape technical decisions, architecture, and best practices, playing a key role in this process.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in backend engineering, preferably with Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Proficiency in APIs and databases, with real-world experience working with and building backend systems.
  • Able to navigate different stages of product development – from scrappy MVPs to scalable architectures.
  • Passion for building customer-driven products and solving real-world problems.
