About the Role:

We seek a highly skilled professional to join our innovation team as a Lead Service Designer.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and test new service propositions.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business, technology, and product teams to drive alignment and buy-in.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to understand competitive landscapes and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement research methodologies to gather insights from users and stakeholders.
  • Utilize systems thinking to design optimized ecosystems that balance user, business, and technology priorities.
  • Challenge assumptions and provide expert design solutions to ensure successful proposition development.
  • Validate concepts and propositions through user feedback and iteration.
  • Provide strategic direction and vision to the team and stakeholders throughout the project.
  • Collaborate with product teams to prioritize features and plan for rollout.
  • Promote innovative thinking and push boundaries to create unique offerings.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in Service Design, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex systems.
  • Experience working in the financial sector or similar industries.
  • Ability to interface with senior stakeholders and communicate effectively.
  • Fearless creativity combined with analytical thinking.
  • Proactive approach, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Must be able to work from Hyderabad and co-locate at client offices twice a week.
Nice to Haves:
  • Experience with blockchain or lean startup methodologies.
  • Comfortable delving into UX/UI design capabilities.
