Job Title: Career Development Executive

Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Career Development Executive. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through effective relationship management and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Co-ordination and Problem-Solving: Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, resolving any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Generate accurate and comprehensive documentation, including reports on daily MIS activities, to support business decision-making.
  • Logistics and Transportation: Oversee the efficient picking up and connection of shipments from origin, adhering to defined timelines and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Financial Management: Process invoices for allotted customers, collect payments, and manage financial transactions in accordance with established procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with warehouse teams to maintain accurate stock levels, performing regular reconciliations as scheduled.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement actions plans to enhance operational efficiency, contributing to the improvement of overall business performance.
  • Culture and Customer Focus: Foster a culture of customer-centricity within the organization, promoting positive attitudes and behaviors that drive success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), with experience in data analysis and report generation.
