Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling short-form and long-form video content, posts, and stories tailored for Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Ensure content feels authentic, human, and relatable while highlighting our AI services.
- Manage posting schedules, and community interactions.
- Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and adjust strategy for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership to align content with brand voice, values, and growth goals.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation (video-first approach).
- Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Ability to create engaging, conversational content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Video editing and basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar tools).
- Passion for AI, startups, and creative storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
