Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Content Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow subscribers, views, and watch time for YouTube channels.

Your key responsibilities will include optimizing video metadata, titles, thumbnails, tags, end screens, and descriptions to maximize reach and retention. You will also manage video upload schedules and coordinate releases for optimal performance.

In addition, you will use YouTube Analytics and performance trends to inform editorial and creative decisions. Your goal will be to identify ways to increase audience retention and engagement through community posts, polls, and comments.

You will collaborate with editors, producers, and social media teams to ensure YouTube content aligns with brand and performance goals. Furthermore, you will monitor industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
