Job Description

This role will be a key part of our expanding Structured Finance team, working closely with clients to understand their investment requirements in the structured finance space.

The successful candidate will assist in managing projects, coordinating with the IT implementation team to onboard and setup transactions on our proprietary platform, and ongoing monitoring.

The individual will be responsible for researching various financials and legal agreements, as well as monitoring and reporting key metrics of investments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Onboard clients' investment portfolios on Oxane's proprietary platform
  • Work closely with clients to support investment transactions across Structured Finance/Whole Loan/ABS/CRE, etc.
  • Coordinate with clients on timelines and business deliverables
  • Analyze and comprehend inputs from documents such as data tapes/legal documents/reports and monitor cashflows
  • Monthly data management and reporting
  • Calculate and monitor financial covenants and key metrics
  • Review reports on the platform and ensure logic accuracy
  • Present analytics to clients to match expectations
Requirements
  • Broad understanding of Structured Finance products/corporate credit landscape/ABS
  • Good understanding of financial concepts and basic understanding of Excel
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Ability to work well under pressure to meet strict and aggressive deadlines
  • Desired candidate must have graduated/MBA/advanced degree in finance
  • Prior experience with Investment Bank, Investment Management firm, or Financial Advisory firm is preferred
