Job Title: Software Tester

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented software tester to join our team. As a quality assurance engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of quality in our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform end-to-end manual testing across web, API, and backend services.

Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and defect reports.

Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and business analysts to ensure requirements are testable and delivered with high quality.

Use Postman and other testing tools for API testing.

Write and execute SQL queries to validate backend data.

Support testing across Azure, Kubernetes, and GCP cloud environments.

Work with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

Actively participate in Scrum/Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

Take ownership, commitment, and accountability for deliverables.

Learn quickly and adapt to evolving technologies and project needs.

Exposure to automation testing using BDD (Cucumber).

Required Skills & Experience:

Manual testing expertise with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Basic Java knowledge for understanding code and debugging.

Hands-on experience with SQL for data validation.

Exposure to cloud platforms: Azure, Kubernetes, GCP.

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control using GitHub.

Experience with testing tools (e.g., Postman).

Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodology and collaborative team environments.

Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to quality.
