Product Management Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a Product Management role where you will be responsible for owning a part of the product under guidance and involved in minor feature development.

You will operate under guidance from Level 7 or above and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features. You will also understand and report KPIs as per standard practice.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in data analysis and learn to use relevant tools for data analysis. You will also participate in internal and external product/feature marketing and effectively communicate risks and blockers to the team.

To succeed in this role, you should have 0-1 year of overall work experience and/or product experience. You should also be able to set goals for your features in alignment with the product vision and strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership: Operate under guidance from senior leaders, own a part of the product under guidance, and contribute to minor feature development.
  • Product Sense: Ask the right questions, understand user needs, and begin to develop a sense of user empathy.
  • Data: Perform simple data analysis, learn and use relevant tools for data analysis.
  • Top 1% Traits: Set goals for features in alignment with product vision and strategy, understand user segmentation, and apply it in work.
  • Ways of Working: Adhere to best practices for working with cross-functional teams, use relevant tools and processes to ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Execution: Program manage execution of features from inception to release, understand and participate in internal and external product/feature marketing.

Requirements:

  • 0-1 year of overall work experience and/or product experience.
  • Fresh out of college (engineering, humanities, or design students), internship graduates, or professionals in other fields who want to transition to product management.
  • Set goals for features in alignment with product vision and strategy.
  • Understand user segmentation and apply it in work.
