We are seeking an experienced retail trainer to join our team in a key role that will make a direct impact on enhancing the customer experience in-store.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge among store teams.

Main Skills & Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of customer service, sales psychology, and product positioning.
  • Ability to deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions.
  • Possession of passion for developing frontline employees and motivating store teams.
  • Ability to engage, inspire, and guide retail associates at different skill levels.
