Role Description:

As a seasoned Operations Manager, this position involves leading a team of Operations Leads to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, finance, vendors, and installers, to meet customer-pledged timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the customer experience from project booking to handover.
  • Resolve customer issues within committed ETAs and ensure projects are completed on a positive note.
  • Coordinate with various teams for swift issue resolution.
  • Empower and manage existing teams, hiring top talent to enhance regional capabilities.
  • Maintain adherence to defined process SOPs and standards for consistent customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in operations or similar industries, preferably in startups.
  • Strong people management skills with direct team reporting experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • A structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
  • The ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
