Our Agile Product Management Advisor acts as a strategic conduit between business and engineering teams, guiding discussions toward futuristic solutions that solve intricate business problems.
Job DescriptionThe Agile Product Management Advisor oversees initiatives supporting our Specialty Pharmacy Area, utilizing technical expertise to translate business use cases into system flow charts, story maps, and refined story shells. This role also involves managing deadlines, ensuring overall success of assigned portfolio initiatives from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take a proactive role in understanding the business case, learn the desired future state, and leverage knowledge of product value streams to identify when new features or changes are needed.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, technology partners, and business partners to establish trust and foster teamwork.
- Facilitate product backlog grooming sessions, ensure prioritization at the right time, and maintain a product technical roadmap.
- Leverage agility tools, such as Jira, to optimize team performance and achieve department objectives.
- Represent stories, risks, and updates succinctly and provide program updates to senior leaders as required.
Qualifications:
- 11-13 years of experience in software development or maintenance.
- A college degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to navigate difficult discussions using data as evidence, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Previous Product Management experience driving complex business products required.
Salary: Estimated $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
