Brief Description:
The Claims and Customer Service Representative is a direct company appointment employee responsible for managing claims and customer support. The incumbent will be responsible for client, product, and market services support to customers to build a strong long-term relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in filing insurance claims, providing clear guidance on required documentation and procedures.
Update customers on the status of their claims, ensuring transparent communication throughout the process.
Collaborate with the claim processing team to expedite claim resolutions and customer satisfaction.
Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding insurance policies, billing, and coverage via phone, email, and live chat.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers, helping them make informed decisions about their insurance needs.
Retain customer satisfaction by offering prompt resolutions and follow-ups on pending issues.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
Education:
Graduate in any discipline.
Competencies / Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and regional languages.
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented approach.
Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to ethical conduct.
