Job Title: Physical Design Lead

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement physical blocks from RTL to GDSII or netlist to GDSII.
  • Perform comprehensive block-level physical signoff checks.
  • Conduct in-depth timing signoff and ECO generation for optimized performance.
  • Execute thorough power signoff verification.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and lead a team of 4-6 professionals.
  • Foster effective project leadership skills by managing small teams.
  • Develop strong communication skills as the primary point of contact with clients.

This role demands high expertise in automation tools like Perl, Tcl, Awk, and Python to streamline design processes.

Key Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of digital logic design and circuit layout.
  • Proficiency in using industry-standard design software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively under deadlines.
  • Experience leading teams and mentoring junior engineers.
