We are seeking a talented Design Director to lead our studio, guiding teams from concept to delivery and empowering them to excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative solutions to meet high standards
  • Oversee multiple projects and work streams, leveraging team members' strengths
  • Build strong relationships with clients to explore new opportunities

  • Inspire the team through initiative and best practices
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the team, ensuring regular feedback and growth

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in agency or product design business
  • Proven track record of managing teams and coaching others
  • Experience inspiring leadership and growing client accounts
  • Expertise in Adobe CS products, Figma, and Sketch
