Job Title: Consumer Activation Strategist

 

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Consumer Activation Strategist to lead our activation and event marketing efforts, driving business outcomes through innovative and tech-based solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans within desired timelines and budgets to drive business growth.
  • Drive campaign execution, measuring results and understanding their impact on brands.
  • Build and manage consumer databases for future retargeting opportunities.
  • Negotiate and implement cost-effective models to optimize expenses.
  • Identify new touch points to engage consumers using AR/VR/Meta/Gaming or other key technologies, measure their impact and implement improvements.
  • Review Finance Tracker, SOP adherence periodically and ensure agency management best practices.

 

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of activation and event marketing principles.

- Creativity and ability to think innovatively, developing novel solutions to complex problems.

- Strong collaborative and people management skills, with a focus on building high-performing teams.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering results under pressure.
