Visual Creative Lead

Key to our brand's success is a skilled Visual Creative Lead who brings designs to life through engaging visuals that captivate the digital audience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing visual identity assets such as logos, icons, and graphics;
  • Enhancing brand assets including style guides and brand guidelines;
  • Creating high-quality, on-brand graphics for marketing campaigns across multiple channels;
  • Delivering med-to-high complexity creative tasks that are cohesive, intuitive, and customer-centric;
  • Producing creative assets including graphics, templates, and layouts for various marketing activities.

Qualifying criteria include:

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative capacity, aesthetic sensibilities, and technical expertise;
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator) and other design software suited for designing still and motion graphics;
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in designing for digital advertising;
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and collaboration skills;
  • Ability to work in a team and deliver as an individual contributor.
