About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineering Leader to join our team and lead the design, development, and maintenance of our data infrastructure.

This role involves working with cross-functional teams to extract and analyze large datasets from various marketing platforms, identifying trends and insights to inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data engineering, APIs, and programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.

The Job Description

Job Tasks:
  1. Reverse-engineer APIs across multiple platforms to extract hidden attribution data, auction signals, and algorithmic behavior.
  2. Capture ephemeral data before it disappears - attribution snapshots, pacing drift, algorithm shifts.
  3. Build real-time monitoring datasets to detect anomalies, pacing issues, and creative decay.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer with deep knowledge of MarTech or growth/performance marketing.
  • Advanced Python skills for API extraction, automation, and orchestration.
  • JavaScript proficiency for tracking and GTM customization.
  • Expert-level experience with GA4 implementation and data handling.
