Senior Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the Senior Project Manager in leading and executing electrical works under a major infrastructure project.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead the execution of electrical infrastructure including rural electrification, power distribution lines, substations, and related assets.
- Monitor progress against schedule, budget, quality parameters; identify variances implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, international best practices.
- Pursue business opportunities enhance organizational growth.
- Build strong relationships government officials, contractors, local communities.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
- Minimum 15+ years experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects, specifically rural electrification power distribution.
- Strong expertise rural electrification power distribution project execution.
Rural Electrification Experience: We prioritize candidates with hands-on experience in implementing successful rural electrification projects. Your knowledge and skills in this area will be invaluable to our team.
