As a Growth Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through initial inquiries and determining their eligibility and interest level. By effectively filtering and prioritizing leads, you will contribute to the efficiency and success in achieving the desired results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate inbound leads from various sources and determine their eligibility and potential for study abroad programs.
  • Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and messages to understand their interests, academic backgrounds, financial readiness, and study abroad goals.
  • Identify high-intent leads and categorize them based on their potential, ensuring that only qualified prospects are passed to the counseling or sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information, follow-up status, and key insights for better tracking and conversion.
  • Nurture unqualified or undecided leads by providing relevant information and resources to keep them engaged for future opportunities.
  • Work closely with counselors and business development teams to align lead qualification processes with overall enrollment strategies.
  • Monitor and report key metrics such as lead conversion rates, response times, and engagement levels to optimize lead management processes.
Requirements:
  • 0 to 1 Year of experience in a similar role (added advantage if you come from a sales background).
  • Involvement in college communities, clubs, and other similar activities is a plus point.
  • Remarkable communication and persuasion skills.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to work in a fast-paced, evolving start-up.
