Job Title: Oracle Testing Consultant

Are you passionate about testing and automation? Do you have a knack for identifying defects and improving processes?

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Testing Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our quality engineering group, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining testing strategies that ensure the highest level of quality in our software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts to identify defects and improve testing efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and QA, to define and implement testing strategies
  • Analyze and report on testing results, providing actionable insights to drive process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in testing and automation, applying this knowledge to enhance testing capabilities
  • Provide training and support to junior team members to help them grow in their careers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, preferably in Oracle applications
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, TOSCA, or Worksoft
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
