Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Test Lead to spearhead our quality assurance efforts. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and process improvement.

You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, create and review designs, validate architecture, and provide inputs for solution delivery. Your technical expertise will help you participate in project estimation, conduct technical risk planning, and perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews.

As a leader, you will guide your teams towards developing optimized high-quality code deliverables, implementing knowledge management best practices, and adhering to organizational guidelines and processes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the technology and domain. They should also be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and modeling methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participating in project estimation and providing inputs for solution delivery
  • Conducting technical risk planning and performing code reviews and unit test plan reviews
  • Leading and guiding teams towards developing optimized high-quality code deliverables
  • Implementing knowledge management best practices and adhering to organizational guidelines and processes

Technical Requirements:

  • Primary Skills: Package testing - Oracle EBS
  • Additional Skills: Knowledge of more than one technology, basics of architecture and design fundamentals, knowledge of testing tools, knowledge of agile methodologies
