Workday Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Workday integration specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, enjoy working in well-knit teams, and appreciate a growth path with leadership that supports professional development.

This role involves developing, testing, and maintaining Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Payroll Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST). Additionally, the successful candidate will configure and manage calculated fields, XSLT/XML transformations, and integration strategies.

Responsibilities include performing data conversions, migrations, and interface development between Workday and external systems, as well as writing and reviewing technical design documents, integration specifications, and code reviews.

Collaboration with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams is essential to deliver Workday solutions that meet business requirements. Providing technical support for Workday modules, including troubleshooting integration issues, is also a key responsibility.

The selected candidate will participate in HR transformation projects involving Workday and other ERP systems, support HR reporting needs using Workday, BI tools, and custom reporting frameworks, and stay updated on Workday releases, enhancements, and industry best practices.
