Job Description
  • Financial Strategy and Planning

The successful candidate will lead our financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, aligning them with our company's strategic goals. This will involve supporting our leadership team in making informed financial decisions and ensuring IPO readiness.

  • IPO Preparation

This role requires collaboration with external advisors, investment bankers, and legal teams to manage IPO preparations. The Financial Controller - Strategic Finance Leader will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations and reporting requirements, as well as overseeing the preparation of IPO documentation, including prospectus, financial statements, and investor presentations.

  • Financial Reporting and Compliance

The successful candidate will ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS). They will also oversee statutory audits, tax compliance (direct and indirect), and regulatory filings, maintaining compliance with all SEBI, Companies Act, and other relevant regulations.

  • Operational Oversight

This role involves developing and maintaining robust internal controls and financial governance. The Financial Controller - Strategic Finance Leader will also monitor and improve operational efficiencies, inventory management, and cost control processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with operational goals.

  • Team Leadership

The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to build a high-performing finance function. They will foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement within the finance department.
