Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Process Development Engineer.

This role will involve conducting Final Test/Process Qualification for semiconductor equipment and ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have experience in PID tuning, DOE's, and Vacuum chambers, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct FAT test for Semiconductor equipment & qualification.
  • Execute Checklists and procedures and update tasks being done on the tool as needs require.
  • Execute Final Test Checklist, sign off each task executed and make sure it’s on track for delivery as promised to our customers.
  • Collects, processes, and performs statistical analyses on data.
  • Apply Troubleshooting method to eliminate equipment malfunction. Conduct diagnostic procedures to isolate problems.
  • Recording process documentation and production data meticulously to adhere to compliance and traceability guidelines.
  • Refine process recipe based on the test recipe and customer recipe to qualify process/customer requirement.

Required Skills:

  • PID tuning (Conventional and Advanced methods)
  • DOE's for improving or optimizing product design or problem-solving or manufacturing processes.
  • Vacuum chambers and Load-locks with all safety measures.
  • Air- or liquid-based instruments used in piping. Interpret PNID diagrams and make tweaks if required.
  • Handling gases like CDA, N2, and helium, and process chemistry.
  • Kawasaki robots, Load ports, aligner and Ionizer bar.
  • Evaluating ESD requirement for the Platforms.
  • Handle delicate semiconductor wafers/panels with precision and care during processing cycle.
  • Tool leveling, Lock-out / Tag-out and Environmental Health & Safety guidelines properly.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Have a good understanding of mechanical components, adjustment, and alignment, and can coach other team members.
  • Write daily reports and present them to the team, supervisor & manager.
  • Give input on your peers to your supervisor during yearly reviews.
  • Support new product launches to ensure supplier quality meets the required standards.
  • Facilitate the team on root cause analysis and corrective actions of supplier quality issues.
