Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to handle SRA and Redevelopment projects in western and suburban markets.

About the Position
  • Liaise with Municipal authorities, Ward office, SRA, Government, Semi-Government Local bodies related to approvals and compliances
  • Coordinate with external architects & consultants for respective approvals and ensure timely project execution
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various aspects of SRA and Redevelopment projects, including preparing budgets, estimates, and lists of compliances. Additionally, they will coordinate internally with Engineering departments, site teams, and Legal to ensure smooth approval processes.

Requirements:

Graduate degree in any field is a must-have. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling SRA/Redevelopment projects in western/suburban markets.

A strong understanding of local government regulations, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently are highly desirable traits for this position.
