Civil Engineering Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring work execution meets high standards of quality, safety, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate site activities, including work with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers.
  • Manage resources such as manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently.
  • Achieve timely completion of project milestones as per schedule.
  • Maintain accurate records including daily progress reports, material usage, and work measurement.
  • Assist in preparing schedules, measurement sheets, and work bills.
  • Conduct quality checks for concrete, steel, shuttering, finishing works, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with IS codes, company standards, and safety norms.
  • Resolve technical issues in coordination with project managers and consultants.
  • Communicate effectively with the project team, clients, and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and standards.
  • Proficiency in reading drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools (preferred).
  • Good leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Willingness to work at project sites across Tamil Nadu.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 1 - 3 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development, and land use permitting.
  • Experience with AutoCAD.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills, and design skills.
