Job Profile:

The job entails collecting dues from customers, resolving issues and disputes through liaison with hotel teams, and ensuring timely payment reconciliation.

  • This role is responsible for
  • Collecting payments from clients on time
  • Addressing customer concerns and complaints effectively

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Collections Management: Manage cash collections, identify potential payment risks, and mitigate them by working closely with internal stakeholders.
  2. Credit and Risk Management: Monitor customer creditworthiness, assess credit risk, and make informed decisions to minimize potential losses.
  3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond promptly to customer inquiries, and resolve disputes efficiently.
  4. Payment Reconciliation: Ensure timely payment reconciliation, verify accuracy of payments received, and address any discrepancies promptly.
