Senior Leadership Position

We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill a senior leadership role within our organization. This position requires a deep understanding of Indian GAAP and its nuances compared to Ind AS.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and the capacity to effectively communicate with senior management and Assurance Committee Members.

This role involves:

  • Applying relevant accounting standards and independently executing Ind AS engagements while researching complex technical accounting issues.
  • Building strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication skills at all levels within an organization.
  • Driving meetings with senior management, fostering a positive work culture, and embodying the values of our organization.
  • Supervising and coaching engagement teams, delegating tasks, and managing multiple projects under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions.
  • Identifying new business opportunities through pitching and ideation, preparing pitches for obtaining new mandates.
  • Staying abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and new technologies.

Requirements include:

  • CA qualification.
  • Proven experience in accounting standards, technical research, and leadership roles.
