A dedicated Lifestyle Manager helps with miscellaneous requests, from decorating the home to arranging repairs and planning holidays.

Lifestyle Management: Armed with professional attention, prompt service, quality controls, and need anticipation, our Lifestyle team provides customized solutions for each family. They'll send flowers on birthdays, remind you to pay bills, and recommend the latest home products.

Trained Professionals: Our team of home specialists offers a more professional service than domestic helpers. If you already have a helper, we'll train them to maximize their potential and effectiveness.

Technology: Our system incorporates an algorithm that remembers preferences and generates instructions to meet your home goals. You'll receive constant advice, reminders, and nudges to keep your home running smoothly.

The Ideal Candidate

Responsibilities

  1. Customer Onboarding: Understand customer context, explain how Pinch can help, and onboard seamlessly.
  2. Solution Deployment: Define interventions, deploy domestic helps, and supervise their work.
  3. Partner Management: Work with central partners, onboard local partners, and oversee quality work.
  4. Customer Lifecycle Management: Ease customers into the Pinch journey, educate them on services, and iterate solution design.
  5. Customer Feedback & Service Improvement: Determine satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and resolve complaints.
