We are seeking an experienced leader who can excel in this luxury retail environment, driving overall operations while upholding high standards at every client touchpoint.

Requirements & Expectations:
  • At least 6-10 years of luxury retail experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of leading teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
  • Strong expertise in inventory management, finance, and compliance procedures
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with regional language proficiency an advantage
  • Possession of refined etiquette, polished grooming, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
Responsibilities:
  • Drive the boutique to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to grow revenue
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective action when necessary
  • Maintain a culture of personalised clienteling and post-sale follow-up
  • Organise private client events, previews, and activations
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members
  • Provide ongoing feedback and conduct product knowledge training sessions
  • Foster a motivated and luxury-driven team culture
  • Oversee inventory management, stock movement, and security protocols
  • Authorise transactions and client documentation
  • Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Ensure daily completion of bank deposits and card settlements
  • Maintain boutique presentation, visual merchandising, and ambience
  • Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure compliance with HR, finance, and incentive policies
