Job Title: Team Lead

Role Summary:

  • Oversee daily operations of a group of team members, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Provide effective coaching to team members, promoting high-performance delivery and consistent improvement.
  • Identify performance gaps, develop action plans for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Foster a service-oriented culture, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) expectations.
  • Communicate expectations clearly and provide regular updates to team members.
  • Lead team meetings to facilitate open communication and schedule team activities.
  • Stay current on internal processes, policies, and procedures, attending required manager development training.
  • Exercise sound judgment and discretion in implementing management policies.
  • Collaborate with other Team Leaders and Managers to support program objectives.
  • Contribute to talent selection, development, and performance appraisal processes, adhering to organizational policies and legal requirements.

  • Highly motivated professionals with the ability to develop and coach team members to achieve performance goals.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lead team members, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Capacity to mentor, coach, and provide guidance to team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Lead in an International Business Process Outsourcing environment.
  • Proven expertise in Operations Metrics, including Attrition, Shrinkage, CSAT, NPS, and SLA.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
