Job Title: Web Services Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Web Services Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web services and APIs that support seamless integration between internal systems and third-party applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in JSON data handling and integration maintenance. They will also possess excellent programming skills in languages like Java, Node.js, Python, or similar, as well as hands-on experience with RESTful API development and SOAP web services.

  • Design, develop, and maintain web services and APIs that integrate seamlessly with internal systems and third-party applications.
  • Develop strong proficiency in JSON and experience working with XML is a plus.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
  • Debug and resolve integration issues and provide timely fixes.
  • Implement best practices for API security, error handling, and data validation.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in developing and maintaining web services and API integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of authentication and security protocols (OAuth, JWT, API keys).
  • Experience working with version control tools (Git).
  • Good understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
