This is a full-time, on-site role for an administrative support professional based in Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities:- Support senior-level executives through various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
- Manage expense reports, ensure timely reimbursement, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide administrative assistance to executives, including preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and performing other tasks as needed.
- Handle executive communication, including responding to emails, phone calls, and visitors.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day executive operations by anticipating needs and taking proactive measures.
- Demonstrated expertise in executive administrative assistance and administrative support skills.
- Experience in managing expense reports, preferably using accounting software.
- Proficiency in providing exceptional support to executives, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing other tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives, colleagues, and clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in office management software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is highly desirable.
