Financial Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Oak Lawn, IL. As a key member of our financial department, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing strategic insights to optimize financial performance.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing financial records, including bookkeeping, tax preparation, budgeting, and financial planning
  • Conducting audits to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Providing financial advice to management, including analyzing financial data and preparing reports
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to improve financial performance
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in financial record management, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial statements
  • Strong skills in conducting audits and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, financial planning, and budgeting
  • Excellent knowledge of tax preparation and tax laws
  • Ability to provide strategic financial advice and insights to management
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) designation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Must have experience with QuickBooks
