Senior Financial Analyst Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team.

  • This position will be responsible for translating complex financial planning and analysis business requirements into scalable, optimized solutions using Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their business goals and aligning deployment to support strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure delivery meets quality standards and provides measurable ROI.
  • Manage team workload and assignments for AMS and Optimization Projects.
  • Ensure operational excellence by refining internal methodologies, tools, and accelerators.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of work experience in FP&A, Accounting or Adaptive Deployments.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record managing client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities; comfortable working across cultures and time zones.

Adaptive Planning certification is required. Candidates must hold and maintain applicable certifications.
