Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Communications Specialist to create visually stunning graphics for various digital and print mediums.

The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop branding & identity solutions, including logo design, brand guidelines, stationery, packaging, and pitch decks.
  • Design social media & digital creatives, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (posts, carousels, reels covers, banners, story templates).
  • Create marketing collaterals, including brochures, catalogues, event creatives, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Produce motion graphics & video editing content, including basic animation, reels, GIFs, explainer videos, transitions.
  • Support web & UI/UX projects, including website banners, layouts, landing pages, emailers, and microsites.
  • Offer photography/editing support, including retouching, compositing, visual mockups, 3D mockups (if skilled).
  • Translate briefs into creative concepts aligned with brand strategy.
  • Evaluate consistency & innovation in all design output to ensure it is on-brand, high-quality, and creatively sharp.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (agency background preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma / Canva / CorelDraw (as added advantage).
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation basics.
  • Good sense of typography, color theory, layouts, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Self-driven, independent, and accountable.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with strategy, content, and leadership teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of professional design experience (open to exceptional freshers with strong portfolios).
  • Exposure to luxury, jewelry, or lifestyle branding will be an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
