Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communication Specialist to create engaging and informative visual content for our organization.

This role will focus on leveraging graphic design skills to develop visually stunning presentations, reports, social media materials, and other creative works.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex concepts into compelling visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing graphics, emphasizing reports for distribution.
  • Maintain consistency in visual identity across all projects, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to refining presentations and decks for a polished, professional appearance.
  • Develop captivating social media content and newsletter creatives, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with Tech partners on website changes, enhancing user experience and brand integrity.
  • Own and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring alignment with established brand identity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with data visualization software, creating PowerPoint presentations and reports.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles and best practices.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
