Job Overview:

As a Project Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in delivering digital platforms in buildings and infrastructure projects. Your domain expertise will be crucial in identifying use cases, creating unique value propositions, and mapping out technical requirements to deliver tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate has experience managing building solution deployments, including technical knowledge in testing and commissioning instrumentation and control systems, and working knowledge of IoT platforms, data analytics, and cloud solutions. Knowledge of Edge Computing and Digital Twins is beneficial.

This role offers exposure to technical delivery within a flexible and supportive environment, with ample growth and learning opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify use cases and value propositions with Clients and Stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with Client representatives.
  • Analyze IT and OT data sources.
  • Understand workflows and systems in different buildings.
  • Adapt platform modules and dashboards to projects.
  • Devise algorithms for optimization and prescriptive controls.
  • Devise algorithms and methods for automated fault detection and diagnostics.
  • Identify data required for integration based on use cases.
  • Deploy solutions and configure rules using the Admin Panel.
  • Coordinate tech team implementation of platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Instrumentation and Controls, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Data Science/Analytics.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience.
  • Hands-on experience in managing building solution deployments, defining technical and functional requirements, and working with development teams.
  • Knowledge of IoT platforms, data acquisition, data analytics, and cloud solutions.
  • Knowledge of Edge Computing and Digital Twins is desirable.
  • Experience in coding and designing Graphical User Interfaces/dashboards is beneficial.
  • Certifications from relevant organizations/training institutes are also desirable.
