Job Title: Test Automation Expert

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Automation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated testing frameworks using industry-standard tools such as Selenium, Appium, and Playwright.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and develop solutions to improve test efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough coverage of application functionality.
  • Identify and report defects to the development team, and work with them to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in test automation, and make recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in test automation with a focus on agile methodologies.
  • Expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools, including Selenium, Appium, and Playwright.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of containerization using Docker.
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Travis CI.
