Automation Testing Professional

The primary focus of this role is on developing and executing automation tests using Python and AWS. This position requires a strong background in software testing, with expertise in both manual and automated testing methods.

A successful candidate will have hands-on experience in automation testing, preferably using Python and Pyspark in a Hadoop environment with HDFS. Additionally, they should be familiar with agile ways of working and data testing.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

We are seeking an experienced automation testing professional who can interpret data, recognize problems, and suggest solutions. The selected individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated test scripts using Python and Pyspark in a Hadoop environment with HDFS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Develop and maintain test environments, including setup and configuration of test infrastructure.
  • Identify and report defects, providing clear and concise descriptions of issues found.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in automation testing using Python and Pyspark in a Hadoop environment with HDFS.
  • Expertise in agile ways of working and data testing.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and recognize problems, suggesting solutions when needed.
