Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Test Engineer, located in Kochi. The Senior Test Engineer will be responsible for leading and executing software testing projects, developing test plans and test cases, and ensuring that software products meet quality standards. Daily tasks include designing and implementing automated tests, analyzing test results, and collaborating with development teams to identify and resolve issues. Additionally, the Senior Test Engineer will mentor junior testers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Software Testing, Test Planning, and Test Case Development
  • Experience with Automated Testing, Test Automation Tools, and Scripting Languages
  • Proficiency in Performance Testing and Security Testing
  • Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous experience in leading testing projects and mentoring junior testers
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience with testing in Agile and DevOps environments is a plus
